Healthy cats come first in every breeding decision we make. Here’s how we test, what our guarantee covers, and what we ask of you.
Health testing
- HCM screening. Our sires are screened every two years for hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM), the most common heart disease in cats.
- DNA testing. Our cats are DNA tested through the UC Davis Veterinary Genetics Laboratory and Kedi Labs.

Our guarantee
- A vet visit within 5 days. Take your kitten to your own veterinarian within 5 days of going home. This is required for the guarantee.
- Trupanion pet insurance. Every kitten comes with Trupanion insurance, which you must activate. We recommend keeping it for at least the first 3 months.

Support for life
Your kitten’s guarantee has an end date, but our support doesn’t. Questions about feeding, grooming, health or behavior? Get in touch any time, for the whole of your cat’s life.
